If you cancel within the allowed time frame, we will refund the deposit amount. If you hired us for the Transportation and Ferry Tickets Combo the cost of the ferry tickets and a $25 service fee will be retained as this service was already offered.

It's important to note that schedules and frequencies may differ on weekdays versus weekends, so it's recommended to check the ferry schedule in advance for the most up-to-date information.

    The ride from Ceiba to Culebra is about 1 hour and 1.5 hours depending on the ferry. Passenger ferry is faster and Cargo Passenger is heavier and slower. .
